Valid Passport
At least 6 months validity with 2 blank pages. Old passports may be required.

Recent, passport-size, white background, matte finish. No shadows or glasses.
Application Form
Completed and signed visa form. Either online or manual, per embassy rules.
Travel Itinerary
Round-trip flights, intercity travel, and sightseeing plans day by day.
Accommodation Proof
Hotel bookings or host invitation with address and contact number.
Financial Documents
3–6 month bank statements, ITRs, salary slips or sponsor proof.
Travel Insurance
Must cover emergency medical and repatriation. e.g., €30,000 for Schengen.
Employment / Business Proof
NOC from employer, leave approval, or company registration for business owners.
Visa Fee Receipt
Proof of online payment or invoice, depending on the consulate.
Cover Letter
Why you're traveling, dates, destinations, and assurance of return.
Family / Dependent Docs
Marriage and birth certificates. Guardian consent if minors involved.
